Booking Your Travel Arrangements

Every service we provide is dependent on availability. Until they are booked, our airfares are not guaranteed. When making a reservation with us, you should confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions for yourself and any additional travellers. You are also responsible for any additional fees for each traveller on your reservation for whom you are making the reservations. Also keep in mind that you are responsible for the truthfulness of the information you submit with us and the information you give us about each person on your reservation. Make the payments when making the reservation, and only then is it verified.If the booking is recognised by us, it implies that we have received full payment by a particular method and that you have accepted the confirmation receipt on behalf of www.airbeastravel.co.uk. Please make sure the names you provide us with match the ones in the traveler's passport.

When Booking Online:

You provide all required information about you and all other travellers on the booking when you make an online reservation with us. It is your responsibility to guarantee the accuracy and completeness of all traveller information on the reservation. With it, the airline, flight times, and itinerary correctness of the booking components are all accurate. Please be aware that we are not liable for the accuracy of any information you supplied or the manner in which it was entered on the website. You should be aware that you could have to spend more money to correct any disparities if they do occur.Please confirm that the credit card is in your name or that you are authorised to use it on behalf of a third party before using it to make the payment. You should have the necessary funds in your bank account or credit card to cover the service fees and booking fees for the tickets. When Booking through a Telephone:

A phone reservation is equivalent to a reservation made in person. We don't confirm any reservations until we get the money and your confirmation that your booking will be processed. After we recognise your request, the process to confirm your reservation will begin, and we will charge your credit/debit card to finalise the reservation.After that, your email address receives a confirmation email that includes your payment receipt. Any cancellation made by you after confirmation is charged. It may be difficult for us to make adjustments later, so you must be extremely careful, double-check all the information, and contact us if there are any discrepancies. Any modifications that must be made to the reservation after it has been confirmed may incur additional service fees.

Payments:

The sum owed by you must be transferred to www.airbeastravel.co.uk before the deadline noted on the payment receipt (issued through email) from our end. Please be aware that for telephone reservations, you might need to complete the payment before you have the confirmation invoice from us. In order to avoid having your reservations cancelled and having to cover the associated fees, you must make your payments on time. Passports, Visa & Health Requirements

Special Requests & Medical Problems:

You must notify us of any specific needs or medical conditions when making your trip arrangements. Your criteria are sent to the supplier, but we cannot guarantee that the provider will meet them. Note that we will not regard the supplier's failure to fulfil your criteria to be a violation of our contract or agreement. Before providing the information required for a reservation, you must inform us of any health problems you may have that might delay or otherwise affect your trip. It is regrettable that most nations today lack the infrastructure necessary to provide these fundamental needs for travellers with disabilities. We have the right to refuse or cancel your booking or travel arrangement and you will be responsible for any associated cancellation fees if we are unable to meet your requested medical needs.

Force Majeure:

If your trip plans are changed or cancelled due to a force majeure that is beyond of your control, you won't receive any compensation and can't hold us accountable. These circumstances may include a common conflict, war or threat of war, fear-based oppressor action, any type of aviation authority issue, climatic conditions, nuclear or catastrophic events, unavoidable transport-related issues, pandemics and plagues, closure or congestion of ports or airport terminals, and any other possible activities that may be beyond our or the control of.

Insurance:

You could be required to carry travel insurance, as stated in the agreement. The insurance must pay for any unforeseen modifications to your trip, cancellation fees, repatriation, and restoration expenses that could be associated with medical emergencies and an air ambulance. You must give our travel agents a signed copy of each traveller you are taking with you, along with a complete list of all policies and insurance information.

Phone Calls:

For the purpose of adjustments and improvements, all phone calls placed to make a reservation are logged. To provide you with the best customer service, we review the calls.

Claims & Complaints
Conditions of the Suppliers:

The terms and conditions in the agreement apply to us or the service provider, who provides services we provide to help you have the perfect vacation. The conditions of use that are relevant restrict the service provider's obligation towards any damages or losses you may sustain in the event that the International Convention is violated. You can speak with the service provider or us to obtain a copy of the terms and conditions.

Jurisdiction:

The contract is governed by English law, and if a dispute develops between the two parties, it will fall within the jurisdiction of English courts. The jurisdiction of Scotland and Northern Ireland is available.

Flights & Travel Documents:

When making a reservation, you must ensure that the flight is "straight" and not non-stop. The times for landing and taking off that are listed on the flight ticket are approximations provided by the relevant airline. Climate, aviation authority regulations, and operating requirements can all affect it. We won't make any adjustments to your reservation if you are late getting to the airport, and the airline company will decide whether to let you board the aircraft on its own. The airfare paid for the kid is 10% of the total ticket price, as determined by IATA, and the child must be under 2 years old on the day of your arrival. The return portion of the reservation may be cancelled without a refund or prior notice if any portion of the reservation is not used without notifying the airlines. We won't be liable for the amount charged or any modifications to the cancellation in such a case.

Reconfirming all Flights

You must get in touch with the airlines or our travel agency 72 hours before to the flight's scheduled departure time to learn about any itinerary modifications. Both outward and return flights are covered by this policy. Please take note that we are not liable for any additional expenses incurred as a result of your failing to double-check your flight times.

Dispatch of Travel Documents

You will get the travel papers via the email address you supplied to us, and it is your responsibility to verify that you have received the right documents and that the information on them is accurate. Please notify us as soon as possible of any adjustments that must be made. If you don't get in touch with us right away, you might end up having to pay more money.

Note: As stated in your booking confirmation email, we won't provide you the travel papers until we have received complete payment.

E-Tickets

Some airlines only provide you an electronic booking confirmation. On request, a paper copy of your ticket will be sent to you when you take a flight using an e-ticket route.

Regardless of the total number of tickets you cancel, we will reimburse all of your airline tickets minus an administration cost of up to £75 per ticket. According to the conditions of use, you can be subject to cancellation costs per ticket imposed by the airline or consolidator. In the event that an airline ticket is reimbursed for a sum that is less than the aforementioned fee, the ticket may be deemed invalid and become non-refundable. We are unable to begin your refund from our end until we have received a reimbursement from the airline. Refunds from airlines often take 4-5 weeks from the cancellation date.

Acceptance of Booking

Changes by You

We attempt to modify your travel plans after completing your booking, if necessary. Any requests for modifications must be submitted by email using your registered email address. Your new reservation will incur a cost of £25.00 per person plus the booking amount difference. Some airlines claim that changing the name on the ticket leads in the cancellation of the ticket and may result in rebooking. Depending on the cost of the flight, a 100% cancellation charge is applied in this situation. When adjustments are needed to the lodging or travel arrangements after the package has been reserved, we will do our best to make them happen, but we cannot promise it.Any extra fees or cancellation charges levied by the business, as well as the service charge of the agent, are your responsibility.

Changes by Us

We won't reimburse you for any paid service from our end that results in modifications to your travel arrangements or cancellation of a reservation as a result of any unforeseen or extraordinary events outside of our control.These circumstances include transportation-related technical difficulties, airline-applied flight rescheduling or cancellations, civil unrest, modifications to the aircraft or airline, war or threat of war, inclement weather, any natural disasters, terrorist activity, epidemics, or industrial dispute.

Our preference is for luxury or First Class hotels. Our evaluation of a certain lodging option is dependent on the hotel's information, our judgement, and your spending limit. The phrases employed by hotels, such as "suites," "deluxe," and so on, are also utilised here. The hotels we offer are not subject to our exclusive control. The hotel we provide in the vacation package could occasionally not be available. However, if a comparable lodging choice becomes available, we will make that offer along with the option of receiving a refund for the price difference at the time the booking is finalised.

Cancellation by You

It is your duty to contact us as soon as possible if you or any of the registred travellers decide to revoke your reservation. Any telephone-based notification must be followed up by a written confirmation through email within 24 hours. On the day we receive the written confirmation, the cancellation will become effective. You will receive the cancellation information and invoice within a week; if you do not, get in touch with us right once to prevent paying higher rates. 56 - 30 days - 50% of the total holiday cost

29 - 15 days - 75% of the total holiday cost

14 - 1 days - 100% of the total holiday cost

Some packages cannot be edited, modified, or changed in any way. We charge a 100% cancellation fee for the identical service. In such circumstances, our representative will let you know.

We advise you to acquire comprehensive insurance since it protects you from cancellation costs and deposit losses.

Note: If one or more of your travel companions cancels the vacation package you've reserved with us, there may be additional fees the remaining travellers must pay.

Liability on us for your Holiday Package

Under the conditions of Package Holidays, Package Travel, and Package Tours, we are accountable for every travel service we promised to offer. In accordance with these booking terms and conditions, if we or any of the suppliers offer any travel services that are prohibited by the terms of our agreement with you as stated on the booking confirmation, we will pay you a reasonable amount of money as compensation. According to process, the compensation amount is determined after taking into account all relevant factors. Please be aware that in the event that you decide to file a claim against us, it will be your responsibility to show that our travel agent made a mistake while purchasing your vacation package.

(a) Damage to or loss of personal items, money, or baggage The most that your insurance policy will reimburse you for the loss or damage will be the maximum sum payable in relation to such a claim..

(b) Claims that are not covered by (a) and do not include harm, poor health, or death The maximum amount payable in relation to claims shall be equal to a sum twice the total cost incurred by or on behalf of the individual affected.

Note: The money will only be returned if the incident actually resulted in a significant injury or death and you or your companion did not receive the benefits specified in the reservation.

Information about delays, cancelled transportation plans, and other travel issues You must get in touch with us, the airline carrier, as soon as possible if you or your travelling companions are unable to board the aircraft, it has been cancelled, or you are delayed for more than three hours for any reason. You shall receive help from our end in times of difficulty in accordance with the Package Travel Regulations. When you experience a delay as a result of our fault or that of one of our employees, we offer quick support. Furthermore, we do not hold you accountable for the reimbursement of any costs or fees you incur while making the required travel arrangements on your own without first receiving our approval.

Excursions

Small trips or expeditions that you plan with us while you're on vacation won't be covered by the contract you've executed with us. As a result, the direct operator is linked to your book for any excursion or trip.

Contact Center Booking Service Fee

We charge a service fee for bookings made through our contact centre. The imposed costs, which range from £10 to £200 per passenger, are greater than our online booking charge. Depending on how complicated your booking is, our contact centre agents will determine the service cost that they will apply.

Important Note:You must pay the final price as quoted, regardless of any changes that are made to our service charge, and our service cost is included in the taxes and fees that are indicated on the checkout page. Before confirming your booking, please examine the final pricing.
